No Doubt: More from the interviews with Gwen Stefani, Tony Kanal, and Tom Dumont.

It's A Setup: Here's additional text to supplement the article by Stephen White, which explains the procedures and techniques used for guitar and bass setups.

Captured Live:
An excerpt from Radiohead's "The National Anthem," from the CD I Might Be Wrong (Capitol Records, 2001).

Indie Ink: Here's an MP3 excerpt from "Nowhere" (Lyrics by Lucy Kaplansky and Richard Litvin, music by Lucy Kaplansky, ©2000 Lucyricky Music.) from Lucy Kaplansky's latest CD, Every Single Day (©2001 Red House Records, Inc.)

Review: Roland V-Club Electronic Drum Set.
The TD-6 percussion sound module, included with Roland's V-Club set, offers a number of preset patterns to practice along with. Two favorites of reviewer Karen Stackpole were One Man Band and Big Band. "Both have a bass line assigned to the kick trigger," she says, "It's like playing with the perfect bass player because the sound is locked in with your kick!"
Example 1: One Man Band
Example 2: Big Band
